What happens post op?

I'm thinking of having the procedure, but am worried about after effects. Mine is so bad that i've seen so many pictures of people with gyne BEFORE the op and thought "i'd love to have breasts like that, there's hardly anything there!!" - I'm worried that the procedure might not work and i would have gone through all that for nothing... can any experts tell me how effective it's likely to be..?? I think i've got hard tissue as well so they'd have to cut that out wouldn't they?
