I know this is an old thread, but I couldn't help but bring it up again, for two reasons.

Firstly, your results are great. I'm so glad to see these photos, as your case was a bit worse than mine, but Levick sorted it so well anyway. I'm going with Levick in around a month from now.. so your results are MASSIVELY encouraging to me.

Secondly, I thought I'd second what you said about Underworks. However, I did some cutting at it, to try and get rid of some of the bulkier "lines" on it, just to be safe.

Definitely a great temporary solution though.
