Cost of Gyne surgery in south-western Ontario?

I had a consultation with Dr. Colcleugh and he quoted me at around $4000. I thought this was very high, I was wondering if I can expect to find it cheaper anywhere else in SW Ontario?

dr. lista in mississauga, one of two that are considered the best in the business (the other being dr. fielding in toronto) is $5000 canadian.  fielding is around 2G.

OHIP pays for Excision and all hospital fees. You pay for Lipo if required. Cost of Lipo is approx $1500. However JCF has no set fee. I've seen as low as $800 and as high as $1800. I paid $1280.
