injections to reduce scar tissue?

i am due to see my gp tomorrow and wanted to ask about anything that will reduce scar tissue lumps under the nipples......is there any kind of injections yo can have or anything for that matter apart from self massaging that will reduce them quicker

They can give steroid injects.  It didn't help with me but on some it does.
