ive heard some good things about it even though its made by muscletech.
its supposed to give u 10.5 % strength immediately so u can lift heavier weights for more reps.
its supposed to take the ammonia buildup in ur muscles away so u can work out harder.
anyone using it or know about it?
supposed to be revolutionary.

just bought the powder today. I will try it for a few days and tell you guys if it worked.

So far i believe its working. Im already back to benching my max. Whats cool about that is that i havent been in the gym for a few weeks.
One warning:
The powder is DISGUSTING! do not get it unless you dont want to swallow the HUGE pills.
Id rather swallow huge pills then take the powder again.
Words cant describe man.

I believe this stuff is working.
Today i did 3 more reps than usual on my max bench.
I use to only be able to do 6 reps but today i did 9 and this is only my 2nd week back in the gym. Man it felt good to hit 9.
