Had surgery 2 months ago, it isn't gone

As the title says, I had my surgery 2 months ago and I cant see the difference. I am getting seriously depressed and despaired as I paid a lot of money for it and expected to get on with my life.

I weared the vest for 3 weeks as instructed. Although I got a bit odd picture of the doctor (seemed professional but maybe a bit too hasty in his actions) and I am wondering that maybe he just didn't do his job well enough.
