How Bad? 1-10
I know i have gynecosmatia, just wondering how bad you would say it is. Do you think people would notice it at the beach, or anywhere with my shirt off?

The side on one...my arm is up holding the camera, which makes it look less visible

Honest opinions would be great.

I'm no expert but I'd say a very minor case. I'd give it a timid 2 on a 1-10 scale. Looks a bit like gland and a bit of fat but nothing worrying really...Is it a scar that you have on your left nipple? It looks like you do
