ordered an underarmour tank double compression #997 today...small at first, but then i read all the threads about how tight they fit..so i called and he recommended a large due to my 41" chest (post op-1)

5th day post op revision

I'm feeling great,my left side is still a little yellowish on a small area but i do have a hard lump under and around nipple that i would guess is just a build up of scar or blood but i'm sure when i start to massage it will go away with time.My right side is a little more sore than the left but i think i have a small valley that is starting to appear where the crease was but at this stage it is hardly noticable, hope it doesn't get worse.

Hey braveboy..i assume you've seen dr. lista post op2.  was the crease showing then?

when do you see him again?

without knowing exactly what this crease looks like etc, try and be patient...ya i know its almost impossible...remember, once again, you are ONLY one week post op...

hey thanks pete,i saw him the next day post surgery and it was not as noticable,he did say that he would probaly do another fat injecton later on because he also wants it perfect.I see him the end of next week.it si more noticable todat than it was the day after.I know it's early and i have alot of healing to do but it seems with time it gets worse. All i can do is wait and try to remain positive.

does he mean another under the knife injection? at least you know it WILL be fixed by him...

my nips underneath still are sore in spots...and kind of numb...i have a feeling when all is said and done, i will be one of those guys who you could poke a steak knife in their chest and i wouldnt notice...not much feeling left...oh well, the trade off will be fine by me

thats good about not having to go under again....not that im worried myself.

is dr. lista's new place then just like the pic above the secretaries?  he's in there all by himself in a new facility?  thats great if so, cuz that building he was in was kinda shabby...

i thought you'd have to go fully under again braveboy.  that's good that he'll be able to fix the crease with a syringe.  pete i guess you have to go fully under again?  it's tough enough to do it once, so i hope you get the results you really want next time around.

i'm like lista said, probably about 80% happy (actually he said i'd be 90% happy).  however, i've gained about 10 pounds since then, stopped massaging and using the silicon bandages.  i plan to shed the pounds before summer, so hopefully i'll be presentable.  if only these damn red incision marks go away by then, but i really am worried that they may never go away.  i'm wondering if fileding would have been the better choice.

Just came back from my 2 week post op revision appointment with dr Lista in his new building and let me tell you he went all out what a nice building the only bad thing that i can see is that there is not a enough parking spots.Other than that it looks like a  1st class establishment. With my progress the dr said it looks better than before and i agree with him but that i'll need some more work in the future on the crease.Let me clear something up about the dr ,that my disappointment with my 1st op with this crease that i have is not  any reflection of the dr abilities or experience on Gynecomastia he is in my opinon  1 of the best out their and is second to nobody.my results are sub standard because of the way my body healed causing scar tissue to adhere to the skin.Just wanted to clear this up.

Is there still more healing, or do you have good results now at this stage (other than the crease which will take another injection)?

im counting the days now till i get this shxt fixed...i called inquiring about cancellations etc, but it looks like im stuck with another 5 weeks to go....

i have alot more healing to go,stil swallon not really sore just some discomfort from time to time.I showed the dr my 2nd stage vest and he said ok to wear 6 weeks total.i really recomend to anyone looking for comfort and who might want to conceal the vest to go ith a 2nd stage garment,my only regreat is that i did not wear one the first time.

so does he mean to wear the second stage once you're able to get that thing on?  i got mine in the mail the other day, size large, and I have to step into it, then pull it up...i agree, it will be a LOT less noticeable to wear that then the compression vest...especially in spring
