Question

I'm 14 and I have this.. I keep being told that it usually goes away and it is starting to go away, at least the actual breast part of it.. Problem is, my breasts seem to be getting smaller but my nipples are still as puffy as ever. I woulda thought that they would start going away at the same time, does this probably mean that my nipples will stay the same?
