Revision Time
how long I can wait to do revision ??
my 1st surgery was at Sep 20
and my bad doctor told me after 6 month
but my right side bigger three time than  left one and some holes too

your bad doctor is right.  Most every doctor says at least 6 months and probably closer to a year.

I don't know how bad your results are and I'm not saying reision isn't necessary, but your results will get better with time. Mine did.

6 months is about the standard time a PS will tell you for a minimum wait. Like jc71 said, your results will only get better with time. You've only had the surgery 2 months ago. Your body should still be making changes and adjustments. Be patient. If after 6 months you still feel the same then go for the revision.
