I went to see my plastic surgeon today for my 1 month visit. He told me to keep wearing the compression vest, because I still had a slight amout of swelling.

I was going to bring up the fact that my nipple ( left only), sometimes, becomes inverted but he got to it before I did.

He said that gently pushing down around the nipple and pulling on it slightly will correct it. Its a common thing to happen post op but it always resolves itself by playing with it, especially this soon post op. So he schedualed me another visit in 6 weeks to check up on the nipple.

Anyone else who may have an inverted nip post op should try this before everything heals up .

really!?!? play with it?? hmmmmm
wonder how much time you have to spend playing with it?

Well I will definitely try that .. thanks.

As for the puffy nipple what if instead of wearing a vest you try and just keep pressing it in with your fingers, will that work?

10x better. :) Its still healing from the initial surgery. I got the hard scar tissue beneath it. Im continuing to pull it outward, a few times a day to make sure it doesnt heal inward.
