well a month has passed since the op and i promised my son as soon as my hair regrew around my nipples id take him swimming :D
Tonight was the night and it was great to go swoimming without the moobs
for the 1st time in my life ive not been conscious of my moobs (or lack of them )
whoo hoo swimming is going to be a regular excercise now :D


sorry i had to share this  ;D
losing my moobs was almost as painless as losing my sanity

i really dont think photos of my old overweight body will help people sleep at night (38 year old)  :D

been 6 times and will be going twice a week now
its awful to think that i was too embarrassed to go swimming for all those years and i enjoy it oh so much  :'(
hope this is inspiration for everyone who are looking into getting the surgery done :)

Don't be 'sorry' Dude. That's great news! I went swimming a few times after my surgery (have pics) with my Grandson. It was the first time in 31 years that I went swimming without a tshirt. Awesome feeling eh!

yes it certainlky is a great feeling :)
i just hope anyone reading this that is thinking of surgery take those steps to feel free of the condition :)
