I am 28. You could see my chest pictures here:

I am planning to go for surgery next week. I have been under severe emotional stress for the past 2 weeks.
Here is a little story about me:
Initially I noticed this condition at the age of 17.
When I was 23, I started going to gym. thought it will solve my problem.
but couldn't go to gym regularly. Was lifting weights beyond my strength. I got back problem (disc bulge) 2 years later. then got neck problem also 1 year later which i believe was due to lifting weights in gym.
For the past 3 to 4 years, I have been managing my back problem and neck problem.
I have to do stretching exercises for my back, shoulder and neck daily. Otherwise I get pain.
Now I don't know which problem I should get it sorted out first. Gynecomastia is not a health problem even though it gives me mental distress. But other 2 problems are health problems.
Sometimes i feel that instead of putting so much money in plastic surgery, I should go for some ayurvedic treatment for back & neck problems.  I know that it will be difficult to live with Gynecomastia also.
I also want to wear t-shirts and all kinds of shirts like any other guy.
Am totally confused now.
Appreciate your advice.

i'm not sure a question like that anyone could do more than help you think it through a little, only you know how bad the other stuff is.  how much does the ayurvedic really cost, is it important to work as well as your off-life, how confident are you it will help, temporarily or permanently, can you live with hiding the gyne another year or whatever?  things like that are what i think of.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
