Dude...don't trip about people making fun of you if they find out....  Once your chest is flat and you take your shirt off everywhere you go...will they (or you) care that you had surgery done?

People will forget and so will you..

I am scheduled for March and looking forward to it...

Hi I'm new to the boards. I am 32 and have the same exact case as yours; however, I have more muscle on my chest :P no offense!! I had the surgery done about 7 mths ago. The Dr. removed gland and did lipo..I still have puffy nipple plus one of my nipples is disfigured, i didn't heal well and that's the chance you have to take. It will look better if you go ahead with the surgery. The Dr. told me puffy nipple is the hardest to correct. Nipple reduction is what you need in my opinon, that's what my PS told me, but I don't know if its worth the risk of having wrinkles around your aereloa either, that's another downfall of nipple reduction...When they shrink the nipple, it just doesn't look right. Good luck to you!! I don't think it warrants surgery, too risky, but if your a risk taker it might be worth it!! I'm $6000 out of money and still puffy nipple....

Anybody else have any recommendations for my case?

(I also need to get that bacne taken care of that's on my shoulders.  What a pain in the ass!  That developed a few months ago and isn't going away.)

Anybody with a case like mine had surgery recently and care to tell me if they think it's worth it?

Thanks! ;D
