How long till operation?

Hi Guys

long time no see!

Anyway, I have my 21st coming up soon and Im going home, this is the time Im hopin to tell my parents that I would like breast removal surgery, scared sh*tless! Any tips for telling parents and how long did it take till you received surgery from your first meeting with the doctor? Not from when you first thought I want surgery, because for me its been about at least 2 years now, ever since I found out that gynecomastia is a disease!
