bit of both, they said that due to the uneveness of the two one side has obviously stretched further and the nipple is bigger also. Just got to wait and see what its like when the swelling goes down which at the moment is making my right side worse than before going. Its like having a little cheap second hand breast implant in there at the moment thats gone hard, I hope branski was on the ball, it was a friday afternoon job!

That's cool that most people seem to come away happy from this surgery..it's a good sign !

I wanted to find out who it was that you initially contacted at this sugery ?

ok, next questions....

for those who have had revision with baranski, what did it cost you?

as i said earlier, i am happy with one side where the nipple is slighly indented when i flex, but more importantly it isn't puffy.

the other side though is permanantly puffy unless i'm cold or the nipple is tweaked.

just need to know what sort of money i need to get together for the revision surgery.

I may be wrong but I was under the impression that you only pay for expenses if a revision is needed?  Travel, bed for the night, knock out juices etc.  Can anyone be more specific?

Yeh i think im going to have to get some form of revision too, my right side looks totally un-touched.

my revision costs were 360 euros + 120 for the driver + the cost for your flight and a nights stay at the local hotel.....all in you are looking at around £600 all in door to door...any further info neede just ask

So do you not actually pay for the surgery then? ? ? i.e. just the general expenses, flight, stay, taxi, et al...

How are they when you go back for revision surgery, i dont want them to think that im being un-grateful for their procedures in anyway, etc... but i do want to be happy with my chest and appearance.

I may need a revision too.

I'm 6 weeks post op. I had puffy nipples and gland before the op. After the op my left hand side(LHS) looked bigger than my RHS, but now, in the past 10 days, it's reversed and my RHS is bigger than my LHS. and nips a bit puffy too.


Does anybody know if this is as a result of swelling or should I have a good idea of the results now? Thanks.

Also, how long after the initial op does it take before a revision is possible?

I believe youre looking at about 6 months before a surgeon will consider revision. If you were to complain at 6 weeks theyd almost certainly tell you to wait til its settled down.

I had just the excision.

they may ask for you to wait 6 months, but i know for a fact that i will need revision.  there is no way that the puffy side will suddenly lose its puffyness in the next 4 months.  the right nipple has the same appearance as it did before the operation, whereas the left nipple now looks like i was expecting it to.
