3 months post-op

Hi everyone,
here's my pics ! I had my surgery 3 months ago and I'm not 100% satisfied, but it looks better than it was after (and before!) my surgery As you can guess, the first pic is a week after surgery and the second is three months post-op

run....get ur weight down, lose fat..c if it goes down more, u may need another lipo...but lose a few lbz and begin to build a man-like diet...33% carbs 33% fat 33% protein....2 help build your metabolism....it looks like u let go a long time ago...good thing that u had surgery....hopefully the scarring isnto to bad...wish u luck
