Any thoughts on this new Underworks compression tank top?

considering ordering to use at some point after my revision surgery, at some point after wearing the centre zippered velcro shouldered one from my PS is used....i want an even tighter fit to compress the chest to ensure the best results...i was thinking after 2 weeks or so of the PS's one, I'd switch to something like this.  anyone have this?
