massage post op?
my doc never told me anything about post op massage for scar tissue..? what is it? pls help..

my doc never said anything either, but a lot of guys here seem to think it helps. You should ask your doc regardless of what is said here. I asked my ps about the "knots" I feel when I press/massage and he said it was just scar tissue from the trauma and they would go away "eventually".
