I have had one-sided gyne since I was around 14 years old, I notice from time to time that I will have some light pain impulses, and it is always very tender. Is this normal?

its normal to have some pain occasionally, i get that too, once in every two months, im guessing when the gland pushes against your nipples thats what causes that discomfort. but im speaking for my own experience, and i have two sided gyne, hope this helps

Some men, whether they have Gynecomastia or not, have quite sensitive nipples.

More to the point is: "When do you cross the line between sensitivity and pain?"

Sensitivity is normal, Pain would be a good reason to see a Doctor.

Gynecomastia is usually harmless, but it can in a few cases be an important symptom of things going wrong.

See your Doctor.
