Kingguarana have a feel around and try to find the gland which feels sort of hard and disc shaped behind the nipple area, you'll know if you find it because there wont be anything like as much on the other side if anything noticable. Thats the bit which gets cut out. You havent got a terrible case and if you look around you'll see photos of big flappy ones, hence the 4 possibly even a 3

yeh i do feel it .!!...so i know have gyne .....some people r sayen that it will cost the same , even tho its on one side ....a 3 is not bad at all . but it bugs me alot ......ima try to gain some more chest mass in the gym . maybe on one side ..see wha happens ..

alot of surgeries in my area  , are more likely to do lipo only ? . would that help from the looks of it , ill prob need just an incision , right ? .......but i dont want it to look weird since its all mass ..and the other side is normal ....

Possibly, but many of the 'lipo-only' guys are unsatisfied with the end result. Consensus is that excision and lipo are required for a good result.

I would rate your gyne at a 5. Have seen worse. However, the psychological issues are much the same. We all suffer the same psyshological pain.

thanks alot guys , the site really makes u feel a lot better honestly ...but seeing how mine is so minor , can just lipo do the job , i really wanna know cuz surgeons around my area in canada , juss do lipo .

oh damn , what u guys think  , i cant feel any gland in the right what soever , i find it looks find , so i dont mind if they dont take ne gland out of it ...
