I first discovered this board about 3 years ago when I was seeking information on the problem that we all share.  Well, 3 years later this message board has given me the confidence to make the step to surgery so I can live a happier life.  I can honestly say the information given on this board is priceless.  I knew everything I needed to know when meeting with the surgeon for the first time, questions to ask and just overall knowledge of the condition.  I guess I am writing this message because I am going into surgery tomorrow with lipo scheduled and possible excision.  The excitement is overwhelming to get rid this fat on my chest that causes such pyschological problems for all of us.  If anybody is creeping around the boards like I did for the last 3 years, know that you are by far not alone and I hope this message helps you.

P.S. Do not let money discourage you, I am broke college student that financed my surgery via Capital One.

congrats on getting the op.  and yeah, a second job might be a pain, but so is compound interest like he says.  i'd have been tempted to use the plastic too, but saving's the better thing to aim for if you can.

* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
