got my operation and now puffyness is back

Just as it sounds, I got lipo to remove about 250ml of fat on each side, I thought it was only puffy nipples but it turned out I did have some fat on the breasts anyway, and that was part of the problem. Then my chest and nipples went flat and small, and about 8 months after, the puffyness is back, not as bad as before and the nipples don´t look as pink, but puffyness is definetely back.

Can somebody explain me this?

what do you mean by lipo only?, what else can be done to eliminate the puffyness?

Also if it would mean that I still have gyno, then why doesn't it get worst?.
