any records of vitamin B increasing estrogen ?
I have been using sunwell powerful vitamin b for a long time now.

Vitamin b1 50 mg
vitamin b2 50 mg
vitamin b3 50 mg
vitamin b5 50 mg
vitamin b6 50 mg
vitamin b12 50 mg
felium acide 50 mg
biotine 50 mg

all in one complex.

Any records or chance of this causing gynaecomastia. I am just caustious with anything I take now
