Hello everyone, my name is mike. it's friday evening, i just got done working out and was surfing the web looking for some new message boards and came across this and wanted to say hello.
i am 35 years old, work out daily...weights 4 days a week, cardio 5 days a week, and look forward to everyone's messages, maybe pick up a few things, and will contribute whenever i can. see ya all on the boards!
