Can anyone suggest a gynecomastia surgeon in Dubai?

Hi Guys,

Im a Canadian ex-pat living in Dubai for a few years. As far as I remember, i developed gynecomastia in early teens (even though always working out and in shape) and now that I'm in my late 30's I would like to have the surgery. There are quiet a lot of surgeons here but cannot find a lot of reviews. There is also the famous American/British surgical center http://absamc.com   with hollywood type of surgeons visiting. 

If you have any suggestions i appreciate your feedback.
