You have a mild gyno in your right breast only.
Other than that, i see only big areolas (that this can only get smaller with surgery unfortunately).

Loosing fat will make it better surely to your left breast, but not to your right and areolas aswell..

Thanks for your reply.

These couple of days I've been sunk in a dilema of weather or not I should get the surgery. On one hand I'm sick of not being able to wear t shirts because they immediately stand out and it makes me very self conscious and lowers my self confidence. On the other hand I know I'm not in a very good shape, I've never been. I've never tried enough to see where it gets me. I'm not sure if building my chest would make them look less saggy...

I have this idea in my head that having the surgery is taking the easy way out and ignoring the fact that I'm not in a good shape because I don't eat as I should and don't do exercise.

And those two things would automatically make me feel better I guess, I'd be healthier, but I'm afraid it takes forever and I don't see any results. But again, I'm just making assumptions...

By the way, a doctor told me that I have approximately 80% fat and 20% gland. Which makes me think that there's a possibility I don't look awful if I build up. I don't want to be muscular I just want to cover it up, build my whole body so it looks even. Could that be possible?

Agh, I don't know... I've been having this conversation with myself a lot and I always end up frustrated. I already booked an appointment for having the surgery, but I'm thinking I'll regret it. I'm going to the gym tomorrow to speak to a personal trainer and explain my situatiob. Maybe he/she has an idea how I could disguise it a little.

I want to choose the natural way, but ever since I have this my life has been uncomfortable. I just want it to end as soon as possible.

Agh, man... this feeling sucks.

Thanks for reading.

First of all, you need to relax and think what you CAN do..
I mean, maybe the workout make you look better, but you need to do it for months and after that, to have a stable healthy life..
Fat in chest is a difficult place to get rid off, so maybe you do have 80% fat, but it is SO hard to leave. Its the last part that fat will go away.. Need months of excercise/diet.

Surgery isnt the easy way believe me. For many months you will be swollen, for many weeks need care and compression, for many months you will see your chest change-some days it will be very nice some other not- etc etc.. and if the doctor is experienced and did a good job.. If not, the result will only be bad - you can navigate many experience here..

My opinion is to think of cons and pros for each. Both need time though and nothing is "easy to do" eitherway, and lastly nothing will make your chest perfect!
Whatever you will decide, dont waste more time, just do it and dont regret it!

Yeah, I know... I've been thinking about that.

And this forum helps me with the surgery part. The doctor mentioned that he couldn't give me the contact of any of his patients because some sort of privacy agreement. And speaking to a person that had it done by him would help me decide. But anyway, that's why I'm here, I can't talk to his patients but I can exchange thought with people that have done it.

I'm afraid that it comes back because my chest is where I keep most of my fat and that I lose sensitivity.

Here's a link to his photo gallery of  gynecomastia surgeries he's performed:

What do you think?

By the way, did you get the surgery? If so, how was it for you? How old were you? Are you happy with the results?  You mentioned that during the recovery some days it looks nice some days it doesn't, what do you mean by that? Also, did you lose sensitivity on the area (chest, areola, nipples)?

Thanks again. I appreciate your comments.

All the results look good at his website BUT in my opinion, the bad results never shown by the surgeon and to their pages, and of course this is the person(s) you must speak to.. Because they gonna tell you how the doctor react in the result, if he did free revision (if needed), if he was close to the patient, if he did the appropriate method that was for them etc..
I did my surgery before 2 months, so im still in the healing phase.
Yes, somedays the result look very good, some others not (due to swell, hard lumps (scar tissue that develops). It did many months for the final result, and up till then you are in the mirror 1000 times a day and looking at how it looks.. The first 3-4 weeks are the top of impatience though and you will wait to see the perfect (but you arent gonna see it haha).
I started a light program to build muscle in my chest at home (generally im in good shape and in correct weight), because may the surgeon will do best work but you need to help your body to take as much as possible good shape.
Also, the first weeks (at least 6-8) you must wear compression vest. Believe me it does matter and you must wear it 24/7.
The first weeks i wasnt 100% satisfied with my results, because one breast had (and still has but small now) a big hard lump area..
As time passes, and i do whatever i have to do to achieve the better possible, im becoming more and more satisfied from my chest ( lets say im 60% satisfied and up till 1 year that my chest will change i might get 80-90% because i see dramatically changes) .
Need time, patience and workout from your side (surgery or not)..
How much this doctor estimate your surgery will cost?
did he told you what procedure you will need to do?

The cost was around 1500 dlls, and yeah, he explained the procedure. 2-3mm incision on the areola to remove the gland and liposuction "assisted by radiofrecuencies" (I assume it has a different name in English, this would be the literal translation) that helped retract the skin...

Anyway, I canceled the operation. I decided to give exercise and eat better first, to see where it gets me. I'd have to do it anyway, to have healthy life so why not wait to see how my body looks with just a natural change....

Nowadays, I tend to not concentrate too much in my chest, even though it is still hard for me not to think that people notice it right away.

It's a constant battle, but I'm sure it can work out.

Thanks for sharing your experience, I'm confident that you'll get to that 90% of level content with your chest.

It'd be nice to see some before and after pictures.
