Occasionally, I will check old posts from when I first was diagnosed around 15 years ago. At that time, I was running 5 miles a day and the breast were sore. It is comfort that this group gave me my first advice on what to wear and care for them. I believe it was Sophie who guided me for several years. I believe she was, "a boy with girls", at that time.
For all of us, it is a learning curve. We either accept, enhance or hide them. I'm at resigned stage. A mix between accept and hiding. At 75, there are a lot more things that are much more important than boobs. No, I can't get into an athletic pool at the gym. There are a number of exercises which do the same thing, with my top on.
