Was heading to the gym today and one I go to when remote I’m not comfortable in a bra. So I go without do light cardio to avoid movement much in the chest and go about my day. Nothing too revealing here just a shirt style and fit I wear to the gym often and realized how much I’m beginning to show now.

I think you look great.  You definitely have some breast tissue there however,  I know it and am looking for it.  I'm still of the mindset that to the masses, those not looking at or for it,  wouldn't think much of it.  That said, with movement and our breast swinging side to side, there lies the rub. ( pun intended)  I feel when we have the movement going on then people see it and are drawn to it.  To wear something?  Not to wear something?  A choice only we can make.  

I'm like you.  I do go bra less at times.

Yeah i agree. I don’t think anyone is going to register things much like we do when knowing what to look for. But when on the treadmill and elliptical especially when arms are out. It’s tough when the mirror is on the wall and can see the chest moving about. Doubt anyone else sees it but to me it’s a bit exposing feeling

All the Torrid bras are exceptional in comfort.  And they have so my different styles to choose from. I have about 15 of them.
