Vibration Behind Nipple 1 1/2 Week Post opp

Hey so I have gynecomastia surgery on feb,25 and got hematoma in my left side the next day night time I have to stay overnight at hospital and got hematoma evacuation on feb,27 all was healing well untill today I have this weird tingling/buzzing/vibration that lasts about 1 or 2 seconds behind my left nipple side I had hematoma and it is kind of starting to swell from the bottom. It was unusually flat after the hematoma evacuation compared to the other side. The other side is bigger and not flat like the hematoma side but now it seems like there almost the same size do you know what this can be ?? Can my breast start swelling 1 1/2 week post opp?? Is it hematoma again? Really worried about the vibration can someone get back to me thanks.

That sensation is normal and probably has nothing to do with the hematoma. Its just your body connecting nerves and things like that together again. You'll get weird tingling, vibrating, pulling feelings over the next 1-2 months. Totally normal.
