2 months post op the right nipple is very strange (PICS)

I'm very pleased with my right, but not the left! Overnight, it became like a layer of fat above both nipples and I do not know why? And after it happened, it has been so all the time. And my right nipple has fallen down while the left hand is pointing outwards as usual.

Should I try to turn up the right nipple so that it stands out instead or will it happen by itself? Those of you who have experience can be the comment about how you think it looks!

I haven't experienced this, but maybe it's the stitches that are doing it?

At two months, you are right in the middle of very active healing, with swelling and scar tissue strongly in the mix.

Cannot comment on how this will turn out, but if it looked good initially, then more than likely, when everything settles down, it should also look decent.  Would definitely be in touch with your surgeon, who is the guy who did the surgery and is the best person to answer your concerns.  And, if revision would be needed in the future, one should not even consider it until at least six months or more have passed.
