2nd surgery

I just had my 2nd surgery fro unilateral gyno. Had it on my right side since I was a teen(now 30). First procedure was lipo. Which did nothing because it was all gland(I'm 6'0" 180lbs and fit). This time he opened me up. I'm 3 weeks post-op and while it looks better I still feel a hard mass or masses around my right nipple. Is this normal like scar tissue or something? Is it possible that one of the better gyno docs in Boston could have botched this twice. I'm trying to be patient but getting very concerned.......again!

Damn, I'm having a second surgery soon myself, very similar case to yours. I hope my luck will be better than yours
