3 weeks post lipo only......... considering revison

i am onto my 4th week post op of lipo only and my nipples still have a large hard lump behind and are both sticking out(not puffy tho)

is it to early to make decisions or do i need another opp.
if so how long will i have to wait to have another op, considering i only had one 3 weeks ago.

You had lipo only ?  GRS involves the removal of the breast tissue you seem to be describing.

I doubt your surgeon knew what he was doing. Make sure you select your surgeon carefully....
