Well I had my surgery about 2 months ago, there still seems to be some gland. Not a LOT but it's present, he said this was to prevent deformity. My question is if I pump the bench press, and thorough chest exercises, will it improve the look of my chest over time?

Thanks so much!!!

Pumping iron will certainly improve your chest muscles -- but it will not do anything for any residual tissue left from surgery.

Do not fall into the trap that you might be able to feel something.  What counts is a smooth contour after surgery -- people don't go around feeling your chest for lumps.
