Bubbling Sensation

Does anybody else get this? If I press down on my chest I get this bubbling sensation like fluid are being squeezed around there.

I noticed this on my chest just now, but just on my right side, where there seems to be fluid buildup and clotting.  I'm 9 days post-op - bilateral gland excision and some lipo.  I've gone for one follow up (bandage and sutre removal and some draining), and am going back in a few days for more draining.
