Cardio
Hi, I have a basic question. I had my surgery about 2.5 months ago. I have still have some scar tissue left. Is it ok if I do Cardio? Will it cause harm to the scar tissue? Ive been cleared to work out by my surgeon he said that to be rough with it. I just want to double check.
