Compression vest size

I am planning to buy these ones from underworks:
1) http://www.underworks.com/990.html (for the first 2 weeks after surgery)
2) http://www.underworks.com/997.html (after the 2 weeks)
They are available in following size:
 small ( 32-34 ), medium(35-39),Large (40-44)
Is this in cms? I hope this is the basically the chest size. My current chest size is 38 cm.
After surgery, i don't know what will be the size.. would it be same?
Should buy a smaller one so that it will fit after surgery?
Could you please suggest which size i should buy?

The Underworks size guide is in inches.  I would think that your chest size would be smaller after surgery.  If it were me I would wait until after the surgery to order the second one.  After a few days you'll be able to measure your chest and order appropriately.  They're really fast getting orders out.  Actually, I would suggest calling them before you do anything.  They are very helpful and understand what you need if you tell them you're having the gyne surgery.  I gave that advice to somebody else and they PM'd me to say they were very happy with them.  I hope this helps.
