Could I get a doctors opinion on this?

Hi, I just recently had surgery, excision of the gland only and when my bandages got removed I noticed that the scar was slightly inside the edge of the aerola rather than right on the edge like it should be? Will this mean I will get a line through the middle of my nipples? I'm only 2 days post op, so I know I should be more patient, but its hard.

My surgeon also understands that if you take out all gland, it will produce a crater, so she mentioned she left a little bit left.

fair enough, dressing comes off on thursday - I'll take pics then hopefully unless she puts more stuff on it.
