one of my nipples is a little more oval than the other....by all means I am not complaining because this is the only thing that I didn't really like about my surgery.  I had hugeeee man boobs and the surgery was great.  Is there a way to get this fixed if it does bother me that much.  Right now I really don't mind...just curious if anyone else out there has nipples that are not identical.

1 month is a little early. Final results won't be apparent until about 6 months at least.
Surgery completed. Mission accomplished!

Do you wear a compression vest ?  Do you massage ?

I'm still doing both and I'm 7 weeks post-op. There is a hard scar tissue lump under my left nipple and it kind of rises a little bit. But scar tissue comes and goes. I had hard spots earlier that have already disappeared.

Be patient man. Things should settle after a while (up to 1 year).

I started walking 2 weeks post-op (no I'm lying, earlier than that but I shouldn't have).

My PS said I could do any workout I wanted to after 4 weeks, so I did: weight lifting, bench press, chin-ups, bicycle, squash, etc at maximum intensity. I don't think there is any relationship between working out after a while and scar tissue.

I wear the vest on and off (probably 80% I have it on).....I don't massage though...

I do workout a lot

Wear the vest 24/7. Machine wash and dry it everyday while you're in the shower so that it keeps its tightness. Buy some Arnica Gel and start massaging these hard spots.

I'm just repeating my PS' advice. He's Canada's GRS best specialist.
