How long after the surgery are you. It might just be swelling if you are only a few weeks.

If you are quite a few months along, it will be just as easy as loosing weight is, you will have to eat well and work out a bit. People with psuedogyne can also loose it, but it is tough work and there might be sagging skin. Just depends on your situation really.

Im only 5 weeks post op but have the same problem.  My nips arent puffy anymore but i have fat around my chest again like the boobs are coming back.  Extremely frustrating.

Scar Tissue is forming. It happens.

So what your saying is that scar tissue is fat/boob feeling and can make your boobs basically comeback.  For some reason I thought scar tissue was hard and lumpy.

scar tissue is hard correct.

You may have some swelling if it doesnt feel hard.

Either way its to early for you to panic. Wait it out brother. Good luck
