massaging, lumps...help please

ok so i'm back again with even more questions..

i recently had my stitches removed and my skin now appears loose and saggy where the gland used to be..its indented so it looks like somebody punched me in the chest. it feels like a ring of knots around the indent..it hurts and is obviously swollen/bruised. i wasnt given a compression vest so what can i do to reduce the swelling/lumps.

That doesn't mean you can't buy one. If you want the swelling to go down with faster healing you should get a vest.
