Massaging?

Done the surgery, looks great, pics soon blah blah blah.

But my question is to do with massaging, is it actually safe to massage the nipple along with the chest? I read some absurd post that if you touch the nipple it will stimulate the glands and breast tissue to grow again?

You said it correctly, that post was absurd. Massaging, once your wounds are healed, will help speed up the process in which scar tissue takes to break down. Just remember if it hurts don't do it, and there is no need to do it straight away after surgery; wait until you are healed (and ask your PS if it is OK to do so).
