To prevent/reduce internal scar tissue growth
1) should i massage only the scar or the entire areola?
2) What cream/oil to use? Should i use silicon cream? or can I use aloe vera? or any moisturizer?

You are putting the cart before the horse. Not everyone requires massage -- and in certain cases, massage can cause even more swelling.

It is best to allow your surgeon to monitor your post op course -- and I am sure he will recommend massage if and when he feels it would be of help.  Often an inexpensive skin cream will suffice to provide lubrication for a massage.  If any special cream is needed for the scars themselves, again your surgeon should provide the best advice for you.
