post-op nipple cant erect?

hey all. its my 1.5 weeks post op and im feeling great 

but there is 1 thing bothering me. i gotten a nipple reduction and slight lipo on my right side . nothing done on the left.
Now my right nipple cant erect anymore. my nipples erect pretty often and easily. so its kinda weird to see my left nipple erected while right not erected most of the time

is this gonna be the case forever

Mone was like this too, but it is now starting to be fine after 5 weeks. Stop fretting
