post surgery soreness??

can anyone tell me when muscle soreness after surgery goes away??
i had my surgery yesterday and am feeling very very stiff today
i can turn my arms side ways or move my hands forward..
i dont have much pain, just a bit uncomfortable

Hi there congrats on the having the surgery. I also had surgery but 9 days ago and I'm pretty flexible now just when you try putting your arms above your head is tough going. Just chill out relax and get as much rest as possible. I relied on my amazing fiancé for 7 days. Try get someone to help you out a bit for the first week then after that you should feel different.
