Who is your doctor ?
'

I will juat say he is from Ontario, and I will post his name if I feel that he has done me wrong..........Also I will put some before and after photos up to show all what I mean at the fair healing time.........If it stays the same then his word is no good and deserves to be put up on this forum for all to know about.......Iam sure i would not be the first to have issuses with their OP and PS so even tho I feel that it is not what I was told, I will give it the fiar time.......I just hope it goes they way he said.......................
This is a great site and all should be proud to take part........

Hi Crow:

I just 3 days post op. So now it's the difficult time begins. What expection we had and how much fulfilled, will be discovered on Tuesday, when I will unwarp my self from tensor. I know that will be too ealry to judge the result. But that first look will make my day/ my future - I hope.

Will keep you posted.
Surgery done on Sept 6th, 2006 with Dr. Fielding - Toronto. Not 100% cured but will get there for sure !!!

hey guys im nearly 3 weeks post op now and pi##ed off as suprise suprise the nipps are puffing out a little again....i have been using bio oil for my areola scars which are already virtually unoticable which is good and have been using arnica cream for the bruising which agai has already totally gone.....the nipples arepushing out at the top rather than bottom where they were cut...it feels like seroma fluid....

the good news is i went to see my local gp and he has given me a perscription of flucloxacillin to take for 1 week....which will probably do nothing....but did agree that if there is no change after 1 week i can go back and he will drain fluid by syringe....the is only a very small amount of fluid under each nipple so i am hopefull once drained if i get extra tight compression on the area it wont come back............pleaaaaaaaaaaaasse work im getting very depressed by this now....let me know your thoughts guys

ghostrider,

I can only tell you that I am 6 moths post and mine are still puffy.......It should not be fliud by know for me so I wonder if the Op was done right?........In your case I think a little more time is needed but I have read here and in many other cases that they stay puffy do to many reasons......Have you talked to your PS about this, as he may have an idea as to what to expect.........For me I was told to wait a year but i dont belive it will be the desiered results Iwas told.........
It could be lose skin, How big are uyour areolas? This could be one thing that could make them puffy on top and hang on the bottom.........The Ps's not all should tell you this before you go in for a life changeing OP......

Get back to us here and answer some of these questions and mabey I can help you or someone else could more..........All the best and dont get to down, you may just be okay in time..........

hi crow cheers for the reply mate..

i have included a link to my photos....note that the last 6 pictures at the bottom are my pre op pictures and from there on upwards to the top are all post op....

in the pictures you may think what the hell am i talking about as the nipples dont look as if they poke out that much but the do and as the days roll on and there is no bruising left now they only seem to look worse .....i put one of my fitted tshirts on the other day to see how it looked and my nipples stand out like you could hang coats off them.......

to answer your question i wouldnt say my aerolas are that big in diameter but judge for yourself and let me know your thoughts.

i really feel if my doc can get this fluid out now and enough compression is made after i might just crack it...although i just hop it is fluid and it will come out as have to be honest i bought some blue pin needles and give it a shot myself and got nothing out ...stupid i hear you say but thats what this condition is driving me to....i didnt do any damage anyway and was painless....just hope he has more luck than me as even the doc said its a bit hit and miss...... i can now honestly say i wish i asked the surgeon to take all the gland out totaly and be left with inverted nipps as i could live with that rather than p;ointy nipps and not be able to wear my fitted clothes....gettin me really down now as on my mind constantly and cant seem to focus on much else :'(

Hi ghostrider,NP

STA60158 looks a bit pufy and all the last ones show a puffyness for sure but this was pre OP....... i also have had puffyness ffrom the start to now,I think I may be worse but the photos could be hard to tell rather that in person.........You dont have big arelolas it appears but photos are missleading and i know what you mean when you say their puffy........Some would say no, but  not when you put on a shirt that fits snug, your areolas puff out.........The drain may be one part of it but i belive it may be scar and lose tissue..........I only know that mine are better than at first but 6 months and thry are still puffy.........So if you wait and this is the cas then something is wrong with the way they do theOP our we just dont understad what puffy means? Dont get to down give it time, but ask your PS what he thinks.....By the way were did you have it done, The UK it looks like?...........Keep me posted and let me know what your PS says..........Also di you have just gland removed or lipo also?

All the best

Hey puff buddies :)

Same thing happened to me. I didn't know if it was a botched surgery or not. They are now a tad smaller, but still massive and very visable.

I am going back for surgery (1 year later), with the same surgeon. Second time lucky I hope. Dang aerola's... I reckon having no aerolas/nipples would be so much sexier (and easier!)
