Puffy Nipples 3 months later!

So i had gynecomastia (puffy nipples mainly) surgery on May 1st of this year with a very experienced well known gynecomastia surgeon in northern CA. Both excision and lipo were performed and everything looked nice and flat after the surgery. Now 3 months later my nipples are back to being puffy again.

Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this and if this will eventually go away by the 6th month mark.
Any advice would be encouraging.

If it was flat for 3 months it's likely scar tissue. Delgado is the man and I suggest u talk to him.
