IF my doc removed the gland, does that mean its impossible for me to get gyno again? cuz the glad is not there to enlarge?

He removed the gland completely? I doubt that.

If you put on weight around your chest you will get fatty breasts, sure. No your gland will not magically recreate itself once completely removed.
