surgery on 9/11

I had surgery on my gyne five days ago and have some questions about the healing process.  I havent had any luck finding anyone's person experience longterm through the healing process, with issues through massaging, length in dealing with bruising and compression vest issues, especially under the armpits.  If you guys could speak to those issues, also I am having some swooshing noise from my chest and it feels/sounds like there are air bubbles in between my skin and muscles?  any explanation of that.  Also anyone been through the surgery have a recommendation for a good cheap vest??
