2 days post op. I saw my chest for first time today. Dr said I could remove the foam pads under the vest and shower. Not sure what to think....looks very flat! I work out so my chest did have some shape. The gyne certainly looks gone but it looks like that worked out shape is gone. Flat and some indetation around the nipple areas....is this normal? Will chest eventualy fill up again? I'm scheduled to see dr on Monday but at this point am a little scared that my chest is deformed?

I know they say wait before expecting results but is this normal immediately post op?

i had the same thoughts, my fat and pecs are gone! it was weird feeling a super flat chest, i missed my muscle! but give it time, your body is keeping everything tight with the trauma of surgery. blood flow will begin to go to your muscles, and your chest will eventually swell up, and then you will probably think its too swollen and will want it to go down again lol.

give it time
